It was made for people who can fall asleep but can't stay asleep long enough to get adequate rest. This was made for people whose minds race with thoughts they cannot avoid and are kept up for hours by. This is for people who struggle to sleep or wake up too early with anxiety over having to get up the next morning after not getting enough sleep. It's for those that turn to alcohol or drugs out of desperation for rest. This is for everybody who is not getting the quality or quantity of sleep that they want to.
Light-Induced Guided Healing Therapy (LIGHT) is a research-backed self-care protocol that implements a hybrid of hypnosis and guided imagery to promote self-efficacy.
LIGHT therapy actually has nothing to do with light. It is an acronym for a treatment protocol, Light Induced Guided Healing Therapy. This exciting new treatment protocol uses hypnotherapy to induce clients into a suggestive trance state where the superconsciousness is used to activate new nueral pathways that align with your sleep goals.
Sessions are done via zoom in the comfort of your own home and last an hour. Clients should have an adequate internet connection, quiet surroundings, and bluetooth speakers or headphones to ensure a successful session. LIGHT therapy can be used to achieve an endless variety of goals but the focus is on sleep in this instance.
